Rod and Rai(ray) are a  knowledgeable and talented pair of Realtors, offering extraordinary market expertise and customer service to anyone interested in buying or selling property along the Emerald Coast. 

Rai (ray)has been a licensed Realtor in Nebraska, South Carolina, Hawaii, Virginia, and now holds her Broker's License here in Florida. Additionally she spent several years managing Real Estate Closing Offices in Colorado and Florida. She was a member of a County Planning Commission and is currently active with the local Board of Realtors.  Additionally, Rai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Resource Management. 

Rod is retired Air Force Intelligence with his Master's Degree in Procurement and Acquisistions Management (Contracting). In a prior life he was a Corporate COO, a District Administrator for local govenment, and a Town Councilman. Rod began investing and managing properties as early as 1986 and ultimately became a licensed Realtor. Additionally, Rod has a strong background in architecture, structural engineering, design, land use planning, code enforcement, market analysis, and negotiations.
